Vision & Global Commitment

For all the employees of Vy Resort Thermal & Spa, sustainability is more than just talk. It is an integral part of the identity that we wish to convey to our customers, service providers and suppliers.

Located in the centre of France, in Vichy, our establishments strive to offer experiences in tune with our environment, close to the Parks, the springs and Lake Allier.

Since 2024, we have entered a major renovation phase, giving us the opportunity to take our environmental commitments even further.

In 2025, we’re taking things a step further by aiming for ‘Green Key’ certification, a token of our commitment to responsible hospitality. We want to set an example, and make our establishments part of a sustainable policy, but we can’t do it alone. Whether it’s reducing waste, conserving water or taking responsible action during your stay, every action counts. Together, we can make a real difference.

Environmental commitment

Renovation work & eco-design

  • Develop active partnerships with local associations and stakeholders, in particular a partnership with ESAT for our green spaces
  • Informing our customers about the nutrition and balance of the dishes we offer in our catering areas.

Careers & development

  • We don’t just build establishments that welcome the public, we build careers and develop vocations. We invest in our staff to enable them to develop and flourish, with contracts for extras, seasonal workers, fixed-term and permanent contracts, training and career development opportunities.
